The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

No, I am not going crazy and acting like it is Christmas. Though Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year.

But my absolute favorite time of the year starts on September 1st, and doesn’t stop until January 1st. In between are the happiest and nicest months of the year in my book.

September, the month of the bluiest blue skies, the month of school beginning, the month of my birthday. The month where the weather is slowly cooling. Ah, I LOVE September.

October, the month of autumn leaves, purple blue skies, and crisp evenings. October is by far one of my favorite months.

November, colder days, and frosts in the morning. Turkey and mashed potatoes with gravy and pumpkin pie scents. Spicy autumn smells fill the air. Yes, November is a grand month.

December! Enough said. Winter, ice, snow, Christmas! The month of carols and Christmas specials, lights and presents! Singing and joy, laughter and healing, peppermint and fudge! Memories are remembered, and made.

Yes my dears. This indeed is a grand time of the year. One of the best. So happy best 4 months of the year!

“It’s the most, wonderful time, of the year!”

Uh!! You don’t like January! That’s one of my favorite months! :D

Oh, yeah. I know. But you are a January daughter, I am a September daughter. If something interesting happened in January I would like that month, but nothing ever seems to happen in January. Or August, but I like January better than August. August has to be the worst month EVER!

:D Yeah, I’m not a big fan of August myself. But, it is just one month from September!!

We should re-name August to “September Eve” :D

Wow I agree with everything you said… But I still like June and July because my birthday is in July and Gareth’s is in June.
